🧀CHEESY TORTELLINI (recipe)⁣ ⁣ Three Cheese Tortellini in a deliciously creamy sauce made with lots of pancetta and fior di latte mozzarella. I made this recipe for my family and they absolutely loved it!🇮🇹⁣ ⁣ ✨Ingredients:⁣ •1 lb Three Cheese Tortellini⁣ •4 tbsp butter⁣ •4 oz pancetta (or bacon)⁣ •1 1/2 cup heavy cream⁣ •Salt + pepper to taste⁣ •Fior di Latte Mozzarella⁣ •Parmigiano (optional)⁣ ⁣ 👉🏼Boil some water in a pot and make sure to generously salt. As the water boils, melt the butter and add the pancetta to a saucepan. Cook at medium heat until brown. Once the pancetta is starting to look crispy, slowly add the heavy cream and stir. Add salt and pepper and let the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes at medium-low heat while keeping an eye on it and stirring frequently. Cook the tortellini following the instructions on the package, but undercook by 1-2 minutes — they will finish cooking in the sauce. Add the mozzarella to the sauce and allow it to melt while the pasta cooks. Once the tortellini are ready and drained (save some pasta water just in case) toss in the sauce and simmer for two more minutes. Make sure the pasta is evenly coated in the cheese sauce, add pasta water as needed water in case it’s too dry. Serve on a plate and sprinkle some Parmigiano on top. SOFT SUGAR COOKIE MUG CAKE🍪☕️⁣ ⁣ I took grocery store soft vanilla sugar cookies with frosting and made them into a mug cake. The quantities for this recipe vary a bit from my past ones since these cookies have a super mushy texture.⁣ ⁣ ✨Ingredients:⁣ •4-5 sugar cookies⁣ •1/4 cup of milk⁣ ⁣ 👉🏼Combine in a mug and microwave for 90 seconds. 🌶FLAMIN’ HOT CHEETOS MOZZARELLA STICKS🧀🧀⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🔥Crunchy delicious mozzarella sticks made with crushed Hot Cheetos. I air-fried them, but you can bake them or fry them!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✨Ingredients:⁣⁣ •1 cup Crushed Flaming Hot Cheetos⁣⁣ •2 Eggs⁣⁣ •1/2 cup Flour⁣⁣ •8 Mozzarella sticks⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 👉🏼Crush about a cup of flaming Cheetos by putting them in a plastic bag and pressing them down or with a food processor. Beat the eggs and add flour to a bowl. Roll your mozzarella sticks in flour, soak them in the egg mixture, and then roll in the Cheetos crumbs. Soak again in the egg mixture and roll in the Cheetos crumbs a second time. Air-fry at 400° for 6 minutes or bake at 400 for 6-8.
